MULTI@DEUM can assist you taking some time out. Spend some time in solitude. For a time immerse yourself in solitude with God. Prayer, fasting, no lifestyle luxuries, scriptures, early writings of the Church and the Desert Fathers. It is amazing how much can be seen and sorted as we divest ourselves of the many diverse distractions. Just listen to God.
